Meadow Pouch Bag

The Meadow Pouch is one of my top best-selling patterns I have ever designed — and my favorite part is that there is no sewing involved. You crochet the textured shell in my signature cluster puff stitch, then glue it around a canvas zipper pouch (links to the exact pouches I use are included in the pattern), so you get a real, working zipper without ever threading a needle.

The pattern is written for two sizes: the small finishes around 7 1/2 inches wide by 5 inches tall, and the large at 8 1/2 by 5 1/4 inches, with both sizes color-coded throughout so they are easy to follow. There are also notes for adjusting the pattern to fit other pouch sizes if you want to make it your own.

You will need an I hook (5.5 mm), size 4 yarn (I used Hobby Lobby's I Love This Yarn in City Beat and Cinnamon Cedar), a tapestry needle, and hot glue.
