About this pattern
A cluster puff baby hat looks like a boutique buy and takes an evening. This is the pattern I wrote for the smallest sizes specifically, because preemie hats are the ones hospitals and NICUs never have enough of and most patterns start too big.
Three sizes, each color-coded and each with its own head circumference: preemie 12 to 13 inches around and about 4 inches tall, newborn 13 to 15 inches and 5 inches tall, 0-3 months 14 to 16 inches and about 5.4 inches tall.
